With the participation of local civic and government leaders, EDC officially opened its corporate headquarters in the CenterPoint office park at 43 Foundry Avenue in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Dr. Paul Hofmann, president of the California-based Hofmann Healthcare Group, has joined EDC’s board of trustees.
Education Week hosted a webinar on the use of mobile technology to bring new learning opportunities to remote areas. EDC Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Bob Spielvogel made a short presentation and took questions from the online audience. Spielvogel will also host a follow-up forum on the topic.
